We do not issue refunds or accept returns of custom orders since we cannot sell these items to another customer. Items which are made in a standard size but are created from one of our in-stock fabrics are subject to our standard return policy. The Seller is not liable for missing or damaged returns so we suggest that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance options for return.
We are committed to provide the fabrics and materials of your choice, however, availability of fabrics and materials is subject to stock on hand and vendor availability. You will be notified regarding out-of-stocks, if any within 48-72 hours of order placement. Fabric colors shown on this website can have a 5-15% difference depending on your monitor settings.
